Welcome to my website, I am Gareth Daws and I practice traditional working of brick, flint, plaster & stone with lime mortars. Operating as a sole trader on small to medium sized projects I specialise in the conservation repair of historic buildings. For large projects I am happy to sub-contract to principal contractors.I am also happy to complete new build projects such as garden walls, patios, steps & smaller scale repairs to post Edwardian houses.

As a sole trader with few overheads I am in the position to offer you a friendly personal service of professional standard at competitive prices.

I have a life long passion for the historic environment ranging from prehistoric archaeological sites through to Edwardian houses, and have worked for Canterbury Cathedral, the National Trust and private clients on historic buildings throughout the South East of England. I hope this passion is conveyed through my website's pages.
